Note that by completing and submitting this form you are agreeing to;
(on accepting a role in the show )
- follow any and all directions given to you by the Directors or Producers
- return all scripts and scores when requested at the end of the performance season, accepting that failure to return these could result in an invoice being issued to me to cover any costs.
- attend all rehearsals scheduled by the Director/Musical Director/Choreographer and all performances
- become a financial member of AMTC for the 2018 calendar year. Adult membership fees are $20, children $10
- assist with the production in any way possible, including but not limited to rehearsals, wardrobe fittings and promotional activities.
- allow photographs and video of yourself to be used for production and marketing purposes, or any other purposes deemed fit by AMTC
- abide by the AMTC Code of Conduct as published on the amtc web site
- provide a current Working With Children Check number or to be in the process of getting one. See the amtc web site for help with this if required.
